Swap B2 at the Best Rate
B2 is the token of B² Network, a Bitcoin scaling project that pairs an EVM-compatible rollup with a data availability layer anchored to Bitcoin. The token generation event ran on BNB Smart Chain on 30 April 2025 through Binance Wallet, and supply is capped at 210 million, a nod to Bitcoin's 21 million. B2 pays for gas, staking and incentives across the project's infrastructure.

About B2
B2 is a token traded on BNB Chain. On 1inch, the swap aggregator compares supported routes across DEX liquidity to help improve a crypto swap involving B2, while you keep full control of your funds in your own wallet.
B2 ranks #117 by 24-hour trading volume among the tokens tracked on 1inch, with $1.2M traded over the last day. It is a micro-cap asset, with a market capitalization of around $30.3M. BNB Chain is the only network where the 1inch token catalog lists B2.

What is B2?
B2 is a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain and the economic asset of B² Network, which builds scaling infrastructure for Bitcoin. The network's two core pieces are B² Rollup, an EVM-compatible execution layer whose state commitments are verified against Bitcoin, and B² Hub, a data availability layer the team describes as Bitcoin layer 1.5.
The token launched more than a year after the network raised its seed round: the generation event ran on Binance Wallet on 30 April 2025, in collaboration with PancakeSwap, selling 4.2 million B2, 2% of supply, before same-day listings on centralized exchanges.
How B2 works
B² Rollup executes transactions off Bitcoin and posts zero-knowledge validity commitments back to it, using Taproot to anchor the data. B² Hub stores rollup data and runs its own consensus, so other Bitcoin rollups can also use it for data availability. B2 is the fee and staking asset of that hub.
Beyond gas on B² Hub, the token is staked by sequencers that order rollup transactions, used in staking programs across the ecosystem, and grants fee discounts on B² Rollup. Staking for B2 runs both on the project's own network and on BNB Chain.
B2 supply and tokenomics
Supply is capped at 210,000,000 B2. The documented allocation puts 24% in an ecosystem reserve, 20% into staking rewards released over eight years, 12% into public distribution, 11% into Bitcoin network incentives, 11% into the Buzz and testnet early-participation campaigns, 10% each to investors and to the team with advisors, and 2% into initial liquidity.
Investor and team allocations carry twelve-month cliffs from the April 2025 launch, then vest linearly over 25 and 36 months respectively, so insider supply enters circulation gradually into 2028. Roughly a tenth of supply was unlocked around the generation event.
Who builds B2
The core team behind B² Network is not publicly identified; contributors appear under first names and aliases in project materials. The project is instead anchored by named institutional backers: a seed round announced in January 2024 with HashKey Capital, OKX Ventures, IDG and KuCoin Ventures among others, followed by a round led by The Spartan Group with Animoca Brands in October 2024.
How B2 is governed
B2 carries no governance rights. There is no token-holder voting process, and decisions about the network's architecture, products and token programs are made by the team. The project has widened its scope over time, adding a Bitcoin mining yield product called Mining Squared and AI-agent infrastructure to the original rollup roadmap.
What people use B2 for
The token's designed roles sit inside B² Network's own infrastructure, while its exchange trading happens mostly on BNB Chain venues today:
- Pay gas for transactions on B² Hub.
- Stake as a sequencer or delegator to earn network rewards.
- Join B2 staking programs on B² Network or BNB Chain.
- Hold for fee discounts on B² Rollup.
B2 risks and considerations
B2 is young and thinly documented compared with established tokens: the generation event was in April 2025, the core team is pseudonymous, and there is no governance process for holders to check decisions. Vesting schedules put most of the supply on a path into circulation over the coming years, which is structural sell pressure if demand does not grow.
The project's direction has shifted with the Bitcoin infrastructure market, from rollup scaling toward mining yield and AI-agent products, and the token's utility depends on which of those find users. Only the BNB Smart Chain deployment described here is the project's listed token.

What does B² Network actually build?
Two connected systems: B² Rollup, an EVM-compatible layer that executes transactions and commits validity proofs to Bitcoin via Taproot, and B² Hub, a data availability layer that stores rollup data and offers it to other Bitcoin rollups. The team has since added products such as the Mining Squared yield platform.
Why is the B2 token on BNB Smart Chain?
The token generation event ran through Binance Wallet on BNB Smart Chain on 30 April 2025, with trading opening on PancakeSwap and centralized exchanges the same day. The BEP-20 contract from that event is the token this page describes, and staking programs accept it on BNB Chain as well as on B² Network.
Who is behind B² Network?
The individual founders are not publicly named; team members appear under aliases in project materials. The project is backed by named investors, including HashKey Capital, OKX Ventures, IDG and KuCoin Ventures in the January 2024 seed round, and a later round led by The Spartan Group with Animoca Brands.
Is the B2 supply fixed?
The cap is 210 million tokens, a deliberate echo of Bitcoin's 21 million. What changes is circulation: cliffs and linear vesting release investor, team, staking and ecosystem allocations over multiple years from the April 2025 launch, so circulating supply grows toward the cap over time.
What is B2 used for?
B2 is used for trading, portfolio rotation, or ecosystem exposure in DeFi. It ranks #117 by 24-hour trading volume among the tokens tracked on 1inch. The role of the token can vary by network, liquidity conditions, and the route you choose, so it helps to review the quote before you confirm a swap.
Which networks support B2 on 1inch?
B2 is available on supported networks where liquidity exists and the route can be quoted in the 1inch dApp. Support can differ by chain and current liquidity conditions, so check the token selector and live quote in the Swap flow before you trade.
How does 1inch find the best B2 rate?
1inch compares supported routes and optimizes execution across available liquidity sources on BNB Chain, splitting your order across pools when that improves the B2 price.
How do I protect my B2 trades from MEV?
1inch adds MEV protection in supported intent-based flows to reduce exposure to front-running and sandwich attacks, which matters most on volatile or thin B2 routes.
